Hi, My Name is Martin ... Here's my Secret to Beating Acne - Quickly and Safely (Play Video...)

ThermaClear - your space-age acne solution

ThermaClear is a space age-style device that is designed to zap pimples with a blast of heat to speed healing.  Though I was pretty skeptical about the ability of a battery-operated “ray gun” to clear up my acne, I was impressed by the reviews I found.

One lady said she used the ThermaClear device on a few blemishes and intended to use it on the same ones again (per the directions).  She said, “I tried to treat them a second time the next day and couldn’t find them!”  A second user reported that “it worked incredibly well to get rid of pimples quickly.  While ThermaClear works best when applied at the earliest sign of a pimple, the device also delivered an outstanding performance when it came to battling a big, bad, stubborn zit.”

One drawback to the ThermaClear is the pain associated with using it.  I’ve been surprised by the descriptions which range from “yowch!” to “like an angry hornet had landed on my chin.” The ThermaClear web site describes the “sensation” as a “mild sting,” but many users have said it’s much worse than that.  Fortunately, the heat pulse lasts only a few seconds.

As impressed as I am with the rave reviews, I’m not much impressed with the price.  ThermaClear will cost you $150, which is a hefty price tag considering I’ve paid at most $60 for every other acne treatment I’ve tried.  One good thing about ThermaClear, despite its high price, is that you won’t have to frequently buy “replacement tips” like you do with My Zeno (a similar battery-powered device).  ThermaClear comes with a “durable, high-grade” ThermaTip (TM) that will last “up to a year” before needing replaced.  Replacement tips are $20, and how often you need to replace them depends, of course, on how often you use the device.

ThermaClear’s web site promises a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product’s effectiveness.  Unfortunately, I saw a review which said, “I tried this product and did not like it. I sent it back within my 30 day trial and they charged me anyways and won’t return my money.”  A review like that makes me afraid to even give a product a try.

I’m not a person who likes to empty my pocketbook and risk daily pain (I’m reminded of electro-shock therapy) to get rid of my acne.  Instead, I prefer to use my tried and true regimen of Exposed skin care system products.  I use their cleanser, toner, and spot treatment serum with fantastic results.  My skin is completely clear for the first time in a very long time.  The Exposed price is quite reasonable at $50 for a two month supply of all three products.  I haven’t used up all of my toner and spot treatment yet, but another Exposed user told me she now uses the cleanser alone and still hasn’t had a breakout.  Just buying the cleanser makes the cost even lower.  I just don’t think any futuristic zapper with a big price tag can beat my Exposed.
